Fat Blast is a special system designed to promote accelerated loss of body fat. It combines the two most proven training methods for burning fat: Interval Training and Metabolic Resistance Training. These two methods, when joined together in the right program, will turn your body into a fat burning machine. The Fat Blast Bootcamp also integrates an educational component addressing all the factors that play into achieving maximum fat loss to provide a comprehensive system that will guarantee your success.

How is Fat Blast different from other group exercise programs or bootcamps?

  • Fat Blast is not a class, it is a scientifically designed fat loss training program. As opposed to other group exercise programs, Fat Blast participants go through a thorough assessment to ensure that they are ready for the training program and to allow our elite coaching staff to adapt the programming to address each participant’s needs.

  • Fat Blast has a maximum of 16 people per class while many others have as many as 40-60 participants. This small class size is critical to providing the highest level of coaching and being able to personalize the programming to get each Fat Blast participant results as quickly and safely as possible.

How many times per week should I take Fat Blast?

  • We recommend 3-4 x per week for optimal results.

Is Nutrition included in this Program?

  • Yes. You will be provided with a packet of detailed information to help you maximize your fat loss results. Combining the Fat Blast training system with this nutrition information is a surefire way to burn the fat you never could before.
