"I just wanted to commend you, Tom and the entire team @ GFP for the results my daughter Grace achieved this past year. Thanks to GFP Grace reported to training camp for Div I Field Hockey this past August in the best shape of her life. In fact the head coach singled her out for her exceptional level of fitness and conditioning after a grueling week of intense pre-season training. Grace felt she was very well prepared to meet the daily challenges she faced having been exposed to many of the training techniques used in her program. She credits GFP for coming through injury free and earning a starting spot on the team. As a parent we strive to put our children in the best positions to succeed, and I feel the GFP experience was one of the best decisions we made to empower her to be the best she could be. We look forward to you taking her to that next level next summer."

"Training with Vince Gabriele has helped take my game to another level. Training in Vince's system has helped me improve my first step quickness, speed and conditioning. When I first started with Vince he made sure that he knew what my weaknesses were and we focused on them the entire off-season. Vince is a true professional that took a personal interest in getting my game to Pro-bowl caliber."

"There is no doubt in my mind the GFP strength and conditioning program was a contributing factor in our 2009 group 2 State Championship, our conference championship, #1 team in union county and the #11 team in the state! Vince truly cares about each of the athletes he trains!"

"With regard to lifelong athletic development, there is a window of opportunity that arises as the child progresses through adolescence. But much like a young child's audial ability to learn and speak languages, this window will close as quickly as it opens. Vince Gabriele has an extraordinary understanding of the physiology of the adolescent athlete and an incredible ability to develop athleticism.
In 6 months with Vince I've watched 3 of our young athletes experience a phenomenal athletic transformation that they could not have come close to without him. Beyond his vast technical proficiencies in athletic development, Vince has two other invaluable qualities. One is an uncanny ability to empathize and subsequently motivate and excite each of his students. The other is his unwavering passion to progress his own knowledge so that he can keep advancing his students.
If your child has a desire to be an athlete, sending him or her to Vince is the best thing you'll ever do for them."
