Is it really easier for men to lose fat than women?

Every time we run a transformation challenge or a nutrition program with a monetary reward, I always have one huge concern…

…and it’s no different this time.

We’re midway through Week 2 of the Foolproof Fatloss Formula – and I’ve already heard it at least 50 times:

“It’s so much easier for men to lose fat!”

“Men have such an advantage in these contests!”

“It’s not fair, my husband can lose 5 pounds in a week, and it takes me 5 weeks!”

Some version of this concern will be heard daily for the next 2 weeks too, I’m sure.

But is there any truth to it? Do men actually lose fat faster and easier than women?

The answer is: NOPE! Not at all!

It has recently been proven in the International Journal of Obesity.

When men and women are put on the same exact program (nutrition, training, or both training and nutrition), they lose the same exact amount of body fat in the same period.

That’s right: if men and women follow the same guidelines, they will get the same results.

Here’s the takeaway: If you want to drop body fat, have a plan (like the Foolproof Fatloss Formula) and follow it to the exact detail.

Follow the nutrition plan exactly – no exceptions.

Follow the training schedule exactly – no skipped days or easier workouts.

When you’re following a program with a proven track record of success, don’t make your own substitutions.

And no, you don’t need to make changes to it because your a woman, or your hormone levels, or your going through your “changes”

If you follow the formula, you will get results!
